You sigh in contentment as you blow on the steam coming from your drink, sitting in front of a fire in your little getaway cottage. You take a sip of your hot chocolate, feeling the warm sweet liquid coat your throat, just as you feel a familiar pair of arms wrap around you.

It felt like decades since you were able to get this kind of alone time together, being busy with work and family during the upcoming holidays was already getting rough, but just feeling the warmth of his chest and the hot chocolate currently warming your stomach was enough to make you melt like snow. You watch as he puts on some random Christmas movie from Hallmark and you let out a huff of air at the cheesiness that was about to ensue in the movie.

But then again, maybe a little cheesiness and corny holiday humor is just what you two needed to enjoy this brief vacation. You snuggle deeper into his chest as he plucks your mug from your hands to sit on the coffee table in order to get more comfortable with you, his breath smelling of peppermint and warm cider.

You sigh happily as his chest vibrates with a chuckle leaving his lips, planting a tender kiss to the top of your head before pulling you into his lap to lay upon his chest. You glance at the falling snow one last time before lifting your gaze to your amazing lover, wondering what you did to get someone like him to fall for you.

(i didn't know if you meant this in a romantic or platonic way. So i did romantic. However if you want platonic i can totally do that too)

Spock

Spock himself gets aggravated with his own body. Maybe not in the same way but in the way his ears are and little things like that. Always wondering if he looks too human or too vulcan that day.

He wouldn't be very vocally helpful. If anything if he tries to verbally comfort you. It would come out very monotone and not help much.

So when he sees you uncomfortable and agitated he would come up to you. "What is wrong. You seem to be aggravated at something"

you would tell him and he would just nod and if you two are very close. He would use his vulcan telepathy. In this he would understand how you are feeling. Then he would show you exactly how he sees you and lets be honest. he shows you and you look absolutely handsome/pretty.

Spock may not be good at verbal communication. But damn was he good at comforting you in other ways.

Kirk

This man is very charming. He could charm anyone to get exactly what he wants. However when it comes to you he is also very caring.

He would be hard at work and when his eyes land on you. Seeing how you were pulling at your shirt more than usual. Your breathing unsteady he would instantly know that somethings wrong.

He might not know exactly whats wrong but he had a good guess. So he would tell someone to take over for him. That person usually being Spock. Then he would go over to you.

he would try to cheer you up by going over to you and flirting with you. but when he saw that you barely smiled he took you somewhere and the two of you talked.

He would compliment you and its not in the way most would think. Many people would call him a womanizer and someone that just flirts to flirt. But when he compliments you. His voice is so sincere and he would just tell you exactly how he saw you.

Then when you would start to feel better he would kiss your lips and then go back to work after making sure you were okay.

Pike

Pike is a relatively observant man. After running things for so long you kind of have to be. So it doesn't take him long to notice something is off with you.

Unlike most of the others he wouldn't be so obvious about it.

When he would see you pull at your shirt and that you were uncomfortable with how tight your shirt was. He would just pass by and hand you a hoodie of his.

He really only had like two hoodies that he wore so whenever he let you wear one. You always felt special.

If you needed to talk all you had to do was give him a certain look across the room and he would understand. Giving control to Spock for a bit before taking you to another room.

Pike would mostly be a listener. He would ask what's wrong and let you talk. Talk until you were completely finished and then he would hold you close. His arms would be around you. One of his hands on the back of your head and the other on your back

He would hold you and then bring your hand up to his lips and place a kiss against it. Then he would spend some extra time in making you some food. Making sure you ate something before the both of you went back to work.

Uhura

Uhura is both Smart and confident. She would instantly know whats wrong and as soon as she finishes up what she's doing she comes to your aid.

she would grab ahold of your hand to stop you from picking at your skin. Or pulling against your shirt. There would honestly not be much words said at first. Just her saying "come here" then you would be in her arms in seconds.

The both of you would stay like that. Her head against your shoulder with your face buried in your neck. Just holding each other for a moment.

but when the both of you would pull away she would take your face in both of her hands and kiss your cheeks before pulling away and saying sweet things. Complimenting you and even complimenting your brain. About how smart you are too. She really would be so amazing.

Cuddle Bug

It wasn't a secret that Kirk was a cuddle bug, a comfortable one at that with his extra chub on his sides. After long hard shifts (with a few red alerts), all you wanted to do was cuddle up to your captain and sleep.

Finally once the ship had settled down after the third red alert of the day, it's where you snapped, heading straight to his quarters to get some shut eye.

"Well hello lieutenant, how can I help you?" Kirk looks up from where he was sitting, smiling softly yet warmly at the sight of you, he already knew what you wanted.

You walk towards him, exhaustion pulling you down as you flop onto the small bed, making a motion for him to join you.

"Tired?" Kirk smirked as he spoke, one eyebrow raised as he joined you on the god awful bed, holding you close like the love of his life you were.

Quietly you mumbled the words into his neck, the ones of love, the ones of promise, the ones that'll stick.

"I love you."

The evening had drawn on in the usual way of these all too frequent professional dinners. There was talk of alliances, political dealings, who had started a war with who else, and if you happened to end up in the wrong corner of the rooms there was talk of exotic (to be polite) women.

All in all, Y/N was wishing for it never to happen again, unfortunately they knew that holding these dinners, sometimes aboard the Enterprise and sometimes attending them elsewhere, was all part of keeping the peace.

But damn, was keeping the peace boring as hell when it wasn’t down right disturbing. There were certain people that Y/N remembered from other business soirees, people that they knew better than to interact with more than mandatory formalities at the door.

The only thing that seemed to set this event apart from the rest was dancing, after dinner was served there was a ball room reserved for the guests to dance in. As Kirk guided Y/N into the ball room for the only part of the evening they had truly been interested in, they looked around the dimly lit room with a live band playing an odd kind of music that Y/N wasn’t familiar with.

Apparently Jim was rather well versed in this music, “Oh this one’s good for dancing to,” He whispered to Y/N and pulled them further into the room. When they got to the middle of the floor Kirk gave them a twirl and smiled at the way the movement worked down Y/N’s body, the first time this evening that they looked as though they were really enjoying themselves.

“Maybe we could just do this for the rest of the night?” Y/N asked softly as they wrapped their arms around Jim to continue dancing.

“Mmm, maybe,” Jim thought out loud, “But then again we do have to sleep sometime, and we do have to get back-” He was cut off as Y/N put a finger to his lips.

‘Shhh’ they mimed, “No more, just us and the music,” Y/N looked at Kirk with a mischievous smile.

Jim smiled and shook his head good naturedly, “You win this one, love,” Kirk said and kissed Y/N softly on the cheek before twirling them again.

You roll your eyes, knowing why he (the he being your oldest friend [and idiot] Leonard) didn't tell you who it was that called you aboard. "Seriously?!" You spin around to face him. "You couldn't tell me who it was that wanted me to join his crew?" 

James interrupts, quite literally stepping in between the two of you. He smiles while doing so, lowering his hand as he stands in front of you. 

You shake your head, "no." 

"Why?” He sounds offended (which would have made you laugh; had you not been pissed off). “I haven't even said anything." 

You turn around, walking forward. "It's better that way." 

"Do you know who I am or something?" 

You nod. "Or something. Now, go away. And don’t talk to me, Leonard." 

James glances back over at his friend. 

The doctor rolls his eyes and gestures for the captain to follow after you. 

He jogs towards you, holding his hands so you don’t run into him and to prevent you from running away. "So, you said we kind of know each other.” 

Your expression doesn’t change. 

“Oh," he sucks air in between his teeth. "Did we-" 

"Bye." You spin around him and walk away, regretting everything that lead up to you officially talking to the idiotic captain. 

"Hey- hey. Wait!" He runs to follow you. 

"Nope." 

He holds his hands in front of him, stopping you from moving (again). “We’re going to talk about why you hate me so much so I can hopefully persuade you into joining my crew because let’s face it. If Bones is saying you’re good, then I gotta say. I kind of believe him and want you to join.” 

You sigh, “you’re the reason I couldn’t graduate with everyone else.” 

“I’m sorry.” 

“Not the mention the fact that you slept with my roommates and broke their hearts.” 

“Okay, okay. I’m going to need to stop you right there so you can explain to me everything I’ve,” he sighs, shoulders sagging low. “Messed up so bad to make you hate me.” 

“You decided to run through the court one day and bumped into me, ruining my project that was worth- that part’s not important.” 

His eyebrows jerk up at your comment. 

“The point is, you ruined my project, and I wasn’t able to do anything about it because the professor didn’t care. His words actually were, “not my problem” and I failed the class so, thank you for that.” 

“That part I get, which I am sorry for but- uh- why do you hate me about my past with your roommates?” 

“You gave them the “night of their lives” and they wanted more. I mean, that was before you went from Daisy to Sandy. They hated each other for weeks and they kept moaning and groaning about it to me.” You whine. 

He covers his mouth to keep him from laughing. 

“Don’t snicker.” 

“I’m not,” he argues. 

“You are. See this is why I never wanted to talk to you, you don’t take these things seriously.” You take a step forward. 

He stops you once again. “No, look. I am, I really am sorry, but you haven’t spoken to your roommates since graduation, right?” 

“No.” 

“And, needing another semester or a year, made you want to do even better so you could show people how smart you are.” 

You shrug, ignoring his gaze. “I guess.” 

“What I’m hearing is, me coming into your life, was a little bit of a good thing.” 

“Yeah, no. I can’t do this.” 

He takes note of the small crack of a smile that clearly wants to tug at the corner of your lips. “I think you can. I think, I’m rubbing off on you.” 

“That’s not true.” 

“See,” he points the clear smile stretching across your lips. “That right there, tells me you like me. Maybe you could even get used to me enough to come aboard, work with my crew and I?” 

You take a deep breath and stop. 

He bumps into a passer byer, quickly offering an apology. 

“I will… go against every fiber in my body and say…” 

“Yes?” 

“I agree to work with your crew.” 

“And me?” 

“Don’t push it.” 

“Okay.” 

You two walk back towards the doctor (who thanks all and any god that answered his prayers). “How about we go on an “I’m sorry I ruined your life but actually made it better” date?” 

“Don’t push it,” you say and run towards Leonard. 

“Glad to see you two didn’t kill each other.” 

“Shut up.” 

“Now can we go get that drink? I need it after watching you two, do whatever that was.” 

You narrow your eyes at him and elbow him. 

He huffs and bends forward, holding his side. 

James stands beside him and smiles. “I’m happy you told me to come with you today.” 

The doctor groans and smacks his captain’s arm. “Don’t even think about it.” 

“I’m not.” 

Leonard shakes his head and walks away. ‘Like I believe that.’

Having to sacrifice a ‘normal’ relationship to be with Kirk could sometimes be difficult, but you’d be lying if you said you didn’t enjoy sneaking around. You’d both found places around the ship that you knew you’d be less likely to be caught.

It was late, and most of the crew in bed when you went to check your usual spots for the captain. Not finding him in any of them, you began to think you and he wouldn’t have any fun that night; that was until your communicator rang out.

“Miss Y/L/N, meet me at the bridge, I have some important matters to discuss,” you hear Kirks smooth voice sound out through the device in your hand.

“Aye, aye, Captain,” you reply with a voice just as smooth and seductive.

By the time you made it to the bridge you were breathing slightly heavier, as you had pretty much ran there; but as you approached his seat, your breath stopped entirely. There sat your captain, completely naked, and pumping himself, while he looked right at you.

“Get out of your uniform, get on your knees and assist your captain, that’s an order,” he demanded breathlessly.

“Yes, Captain,” you replied, as you slowly began to undress.

The sight before you caught you in a trance as you quickly unzipped your dress and pulled it down your body. As you were about to fall to your knees, the captain stopped his pumping.

“Miss Y/L/N, all of your clothes, underwear too. You wouldn’t want to disappoint your captain would you?” He asked cheekily.

It doesn’t take long before Kirk finishes down your throat, holding your head still while his hips jut up and he lets out a long groan. As he catches his breath, he pulls you off of himself, and looks down at you with both passion and affection. Seeing your face covered in spit, tears and his own release, drives Kirk wild.

“Well done, sweetheart. You make your captain very proud,” he praises as he gently kisses your swollen and tired lips.

Oh, he was losing it, normally he was great and flirting and dating person to person, but them? Y/n? He's a mess, he can bearly function unless he's working. If he's alone he's overthinking, losing horribly at chess and everyone who's close to him is concerned, they think he's sick or something. They'd been friends for years, it was odd seeing him such a nervous wreck around them.

After a while of him becoming more of a mess every time Y/ns is around, McCoy catch's on pretty easy then pulls Jim away.

"You've gotta tell them." "But-" "No buts, your head over heels for 'em, and it's making you stupid. Now tell them. Doctor's orders."

He caves.

It takes him about a week of planning to finally find time within both of their schedules to be able to ask. And when he does he's sort of confident again, prepping himself in their mirror and doing some excited jumps while he recites the lines he probably won't use.

Once he goes down to Y/ns quarters he thinks it's a bad idea and was ready to walk away but it was too late as he'd already knocked.

"Come in."

He's forgotten all of his lines by the time he gets up the courage to walk into their quarters. "Oh hey, Jim did you need something?" "No, nothing." He sees the way they smile and then nod and he feels his heart flutter, he's told himself it was wrong to fall for his crew or anyone for that matter, he was the captain, but god, how could he resist someone so amazing—"Did you want something then or did you just wanna stand around?" They asked in a joking tone as if they'd realized he'd spaced out.

His eyes widened and he shook his head, trying to compose himself. "No, no I was wondering if you'd like dinner—with me. Dinner with me. Like to have dinner with me. The two of us—alone."

Wow, yeah, really smooth, Jim.

He wants to bang his head against the wall. And knock himself out, that was the least smooth his been since he was in the academy.

But Y/n at least didn't seem to mind, they just smiled brightly and nodded, it almost looked shy- he'd assumed they felt pressured so he freaked out again.

"You don't have to, you can say no. I was just offering, we both have time and—" "No it's fine. It sounds wonderful. When should I be there?"

Oh.

He hadn't expected them to say yes.

Sure he'd planned it out perfectly but he'd honestly thought they'd say no.

"We can go now if you'd like..?" He said hesitantly, biting his bottom lip and watching them for any signs of being uncomfortable around him.

"Jim were still in our uniforms-" "It's alright with me, I don't mind, you always look wonderful.. Do you mind?"

Everything paused, he hadn't really meant to say that out loud and they both blushed harshly.

"Alright then, it's fine. I'll go." They whispered softly, their face adoring and full of love.

Y/n then nodded and held out their arm with a nervous smile. Jim noticed quickly and locked their arms together, smiling brightly himself. They seemed to feel his sudden boost in confidence and it gave them a surge of hope, maybe this would work out..

Kirk P/O/V:                                                                                                           I pace up and down outside the medical bay waiting for Bones to come out and tell me if Y/Ns okay. Spock is manning the bridge but checks in with me every 10 minutes "Which is a logical amount of time." apparently, I sigh and run my fingers through my hair it's been two hours since we got back and she is still unconscious. The door opens and Bones walks out "Is she alright?" he nods looking annoyed "She will be, she will wake up in about an hour." I nod "Do you mind if I sit with her?" he shakes his head "No just don't annoy me while I work." I nod and follow him back into the medbay and sit down next to Y/N.

I gently tuck her hair behind her pointed ear and smile slightly "It's my fault your here and I'm sorry." I take her hand gently forgetting how Vulcans kiss and run my fingers along the back of her hand. "You know how I keep asking you out and you say no, that really hurts me. Because I love you." I raise an eyebrow "Wow its a lot easier to tell you when I know you can't hear me." I let go of her hand and lean back in my chair. The door opens and Spock walks in "How is she?" I smile "Should wake up soon, was that a hint of emotion Mr Spock?" he raises an eyebrow "I don't believe so Captain!" 

I smile and look back down at Y/N "I didn't know you where related." he nods "Yes she is my sister, although she shows her emotions more freely than myself."  I nod "And how would you react if we were a thing?" he raises an eyebrow "Are you?" I shrug "If she agrees?" he nods "I do not see anything illogical about that." I grin "Now I just need to convince her that I'm not going to break her heart." he nods "If you do I will make sure that Dr McCoy gives you as many hypos as humanly possible." I nod knowing that he will stay true to that as Vulcans do not lie.

Y/N sturs slightly and we both look over, she opens her e/c eyes and blinks slightly staring at the both of us. "How long was I out?" I smile "A couple of...." Spock interrupts "3 hours, 32 minutes and 15 seconds." she grins "Thanks Spock." he nods "You are welcome." she sits up and I notice that her ears are tinted green slightly. "Now that I know you are alright I need to return to the bridge." she nods and he leaves as Bones walks in "Y/N your awake, you just need some quick tests then you're free to go." she nods and Bones scans her and takes her heart rate. "Alright you're free to leave, but you will need to come back in the next week." she nods and swings her legs out of bed.

I help her up and we walk out of the medbay and down the corridor to the turbo lift. "So how do you feel?" she shrugs and looks down at the floor blushing green "I'm good." I tilt my head "Why are you blushing?" she turns more green "Do, do you know how Vulcans kiss?" I nod "Yes, they touch fingers. Oh." she nods "I'm sorry," I lift her chin up so I look into her eyes "Why are you apologising?" she shrugs and I lean down and kiss her gently before pulling away "You don't need to apologise." her face is bright green now and I grin tucking her hair back behind her ears. "You know you're beautiful." 

The lift doors open and we both walk out she walks towards her room and I follow her "You think I'm beautiful?" I nod and she smiles "You know I heard everything while I was out." I feel my self blushing and she grins leaning up and kissing my cheek "You should know I feel the same way." she disappears into her quarters and the door closes leaving me outside looking like a tomato. I knock and the door opens "You can't just say that and leave." she grins "Say what?" I smirk and wrap my arms around her waist "You know what."  she raises one of her eyebrows just like Spock would and wraps her arms around my neck. "Nope." I lean down and whisper in her ear "Maybe this will help you remember." I kiss her gently pulling her closer she grins and removes one of her arms grabbing my hand and intertwining our fingers. 

I pull away grinning "Would you like to go out with me say tomorrow night?" she grins "That sounds logical." she kisses me again before yawning "You should sleep, I'll see you tomorrow." I kiss the top of her head and walk out grinning like an idiot.

It was no secret that you and Jim Kirk were together. While you kept it professional when working, it did slip out every once in awhile. Most of the time, it came out when one of you were in danger. This was one of those times.

The Enterprise was attacked by what seemed like an endless stream of ships. Jim had literally shoved you in an escape pod, but you got captured by one of the enemy ships. Luckily, you were put in a cell with some of your other crew members. No one knew what was going on or how long you would be there.

That was a few days ago. In the span of those few days, you have seen members of your crew die in front of you and come face to face with the one known as Krall.
